Installations Nationwide:

We install commercial systems nationwide. All of our installations are done in accordance with the international standard for loops IEC 60118-4:2006. The average church/house of worship can be done for about the cost of an average set of hearing aids. We can help develop a proposal for a commercial system remotely with our questionnaire and digital pictures. In addition to our in house staff, we have trained installers and audio companies in every region of the country.

Loop School:

We offer comprehensive two day training at our West Michigan headquarters. Our facility has been designed to maximize the student’s exposure to home, counter, and commercial systems. We even have a low spill HD loop system installed. Our training is held monthly and can be scheduled to meet your needs. Our training is FREE to our clients. We can offer a more limited training in conjunction with conferences or other out of state commitments. We ask only for your product loyalty in exchange for our training and technical support.

Technical Support:

Our staff is available for technical support directly to consumers, hearing professionals, or installers. We have experience with multiple manufacturers and many styles of installations. We also have an audiologist on staff for those t-coil adjustment questions.

Education/Advocacy:

WE have traveled the country educating groups on the benefits and applications for induction loop systems. Our presentations are manufacturer neutral; our purpose is the education of consumers and dispensers. We have presented at major conferences such as American Academy of Audiology (AAA), Academy of Doctors of Audiology (ADA), Hearing Loss Association of America (HLAA), and International hearing Society (IHS).
